RIP Allie

The day after Christmas Allie one of our favorite goats died. She was a big sweetheart and very gentle with the kids.

My day

4ish in the morning L gets up for drink and potty has to wake mom up to do this
8 am P comes in saying wet, I get up and find out he made it all the way to my room before he peed
9:30 am Walmart run for milk good thing there was a parade this morning or else it would have been very crowded
10 am stop at Catholic thrift and get a book for Rae's b-day have to take big detour due to parade
10:30ish going down main and car makes funky noise pull over and call Andrew
1045ish take car to get oil changed after oil change decide to take it to mechanics
11:30ish mechanics are closing no way are we going to drive to our house so we leave it there. We are thinking it is the transmission going out again
12:00 get home unload groceries Andrew takes L with him to his parents to do homework meanwhile I clean the frontroom
1ish P pees through almost all of his underware (love potty training) put in a batch of laundry
2:45 take R and P to Rae's and head out to Mark and Abby's
3:00 Take family Pictures for Mark and Abby. They tend L for us.
3:30 watch the new three musketeers movie the 90's one is better
6:00 pick up L from Mark's and take their little one to tend
6:45 call Grandma D on skype
7:00 Feed little one bottle she falls asleep
8ish P is sleeping, Andrew and friends are playing starcraft 2, L and R watching the haunted mansion
What a busy day I didn't get all I wanted to get done today oh well maybe next week I will catch up

What has been happening

R informing me that he likes a girl and that she is his girlfriend--so not ready for this ensued

L helping P learn how to use the potty--much happiness ensued

Cleaning L's room--how can one girl make such a big mess ensued

R slugging L in the stomach yesterday--sitting in a chair ensued

P having a bruise on his arm--wondering how that happened ensued

Andrew getting up at 5am today to take runners up the canyon--wondering if he was crazy ensued

my corn falling over--cursing the wind and rain ensued

Easter in Pahrump

We went to Pahrump for Easter. We had fun visiting with Uncle Stephen and Aunt Kim. It was fun sleeping in our tent in their backyard even though the wind blew every night we were there.

What do you think of the new bathtub faucet? I think it look great.

Since we have to replace our bathtub faucet and the sink faucet was leaking. We decided to just replace both. Bathtub faucet before and after coming soon. I think me and L did a great job of replacing this faucet.

Today was the grand opening of our new pool. Today and tomorrow it is free to get in. We went tonight to beat the crowds. It was crowded and loud but we had lots of fun.
